You or someone you know suffer from either migraines or headaches? Both can be the most debilitating type of pain and can either knock someone out (less productive or makes them want to sleep all day) or make them extremely irritable. Either way, those headaches or migraines are negatively affecting one’s quality of life. Which explains why someone can be really moody or not want to go to work when they have an attack. I’d bet that for those suffering from headaches and migraines, they’ve tried everything under the sun, such as: pain medication, special diets, avoiding certain foods, etc. These forms of treatment can help temporarily alleviate the symptoms, but do these headaches and migraines keep coming back on a regular basis? If so it doesn’t sound like the mentioned types of treatments are the answer or solution to the problem.
In my experience, I’ve found that many headaches and migraines can be due to subluxations, areas of nerve irritation due to your spine being out of position, especially if those subluxations are in the neck. Think about this, your nervous system sends input information to the brain and output information out from the brain to the rest of the body. If the nerves in the neck are being irritated due to a subluxations, then that’s as if bad information is being sent up to the brain. As a result your brain and body are processing that information to manifest as a headache or other symptom. It’s similar to the old saying with diets, “garbage in, garbage out.” Bad food into the system can lead to obesity and chronic illness. Bad information/faulty processing of your nervous system (garbage in), can lead to headaches, migraines and all sorts of bad things (depending on where those subluxations are in the spine and which nerves are affected). By addressing areas or nerve irritation or those areas where one is subluxated has help thousands of people all over the world not just find relief from their headaches, but also get rid of them.
If you or someone you know suffers from migraines and headaches which are not getting better, let me do an evaluation and nerve tests to see if chiropractic care can help get rid of the problem.
