  3. Cut back on sugar and processed foods
  4. Supplement essential minerals such as zinc, magnesium, selenium
  5. Supplement with immune boosters: echinacea, collodial silver
  6. Exercise. Move, walk.. get the heart rate up
  7. Decrease stress
